Roc Luxe Tulum Hotel

Enjoyed breakfast under swaying palms daily.

we stayed in a beautiful room with garden views, the staff were helpful and affable. the setting was marvellous, near to roc luxe, beach clubs and the beach side.

Could not be improved in any way.

location: the hotel was not far from the beach side, and beach clubs. for evening meal i visited tago restaurante, since it was right at the property.

What a beautiful hotel, yet the breakfast was inedible, wow. I was also locked in my room when the handle fell off, that was such a unique experience! I expected some sort of upgrade for all the inconveniences, yet was treated just like the other guests. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Wanted to explore Tulum and this hotel was handy base for doing it. We had a separate bedroom. Had a shower, hairdryers, and bathrobes in the bathroom. Helpful and amiable staff, provided useful info. Also, location was stunning and good, at a moderate distance from Tulum Beach.

The poolside music was just the right touch for a relaxing afternoon.

We enjoyed a perfect boutique stay with attentive staff making us feel at home. The beach village offered tranquil mornings with ocean views and relaxing afternoons by the pool as we soaked up the sun. Tidy accommodations and delicious breakfast choices enhanced our experience. Superb security.

A Heavenly Escape with Fine Beach Views

Waking up to the calming sound of the ocean and enjoying breakfast by the beach was a highlight. The service was perfect, and I loved the relaxing ambiance by the pool, especially with the music that enhanced the experience. One thing that could be improved is the noise from the nearby street, which can be slightly distracting.

The staff at roc luxe were wonderful, especially júlio who helped us with everything! The room service was fantastic, and the beach access was to die for! The experience was relaxing with a lovely garden area.

The Suite with Hot Tub and Jungle View stood out for its unique outdoor shower experience surrounded by lush greenery. Having a personal hot tub added an extra layer of relaxation that you don't find everywhere.

Despite the fine appeal of the main beach area, it's essential to note that Roc Garden and Roc Jungle are separated by a busy street and come with noisy traffic, which detracts from the tranquil experience many seek. The pool area lacks cozy lighting after sunset, and a drink menu would enhance poolside lounging. There were cleanliness issues with the beach, not matching the expectations set by similar locations nearby.
